Early morning walks along the famous Broadwater boardwalk parklands are very popular. The walking and cycle path is several kilometres long.

Is the pool heated in winter?
A large attraction for our resort is the heated swimming pool. Families will return again and again because the pool is such a wonderful location to swim and relax. It is heated to 30 degrees in winter and so offers year round swimming.

Do you have secure parking?
1 car space is provided for a 2 bedroom apartment and 2 car spaces are provided for a 3 bedroom apartment in a secure car-park in the basement of the resort. There is no charge for parking.

Are there lifts in the resort?
The resort is a 3 storey walk-up. It does not have wheel chair access or lifts. If you require a ground floor apartment for medical reasons, please advise us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
